Quotes

Quotes are valid for 90 days (excluding errors). Prices are subject to availability of timber.

Terms of Payment

To action an order 50% deposit is required and the balance required in full prior to dispatch ex workshop.

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. All sales are final.

Floor stock

All floor stock sales are final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect goods thoroughly before purchase.

Lead Times

We will provide you with an estimated date upon placement of your order. Delays do not constitute a breach of contract and MacBlack is not liable or responsible for any disruptions or costs incurred.

Timber

A natural feature of solid timber is the varying colours, grains and textures. Splits and cracks may develop as it responds to the environment and these are not to be considered a fault or flaw and will not compromise the construction of any joinery or furniture we make.

Cancellation of orders by Seller

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time in which case all funds paid by Purchaser will be returned.

Delivery

MacBlack only uses and authorises employees of a nominated delivery company to carry out deliveries and accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused to any unauthorised person.
